Live on the Costa del Sol for a month or longer
When northern Europe turns grey, the sun is still shining on the Costa del Sol, with daytime temperatures usually around 15–20°C. From October to April we offer our apartments and villas for longer stays – for a month, the whole winter or a remote-work season.

- Personal check-in and 24/7 contact with us throughout your stay
- Cleaning and linen changes on an agreed schedule, e.g. weekly – on request

- Service in English, Spanish, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian
Price for longer stays
For stays of a month or more we prepare a tailored offer based on the length of your stay. All details – including utilities and cleaning – are agreed before booking, with no surprises.
How to book
- Contact us – tell us your dates, number of guests and, if you like, your preferred apartment.
- Offer – we send you suitable apartments and the price for the whole stay.
- Confirmation – once you accept, we reserve your dates and send all the information before arrival.
